rate3 hi well you are off to a good start but you have a long way to go yet the 1st thing that catch my eyes was the on/off icons they are way to big maybe you could scale these down to fit better I'm not to sure what color scheme you are going for but from what i have Lent use one color like (blue,red,green} lets say you choose blue use thats color and then use different shades of that color your banner is nice but would look better if you made it fit your nav buttons are nice but still don't fit they clash with you forum also you have way to many boards i would suggest scaling some down start with a few then add more boards with the interests of your members overall its good just need more work
